My Findings From A New Idea Into A Profitable Business Essay

In this paper, I will be talking about my findings from this past month on being an entrepreneur. I n addition, I will touch base on Nikki Durkin and her epic failure with 99 dresses along with lessons learned to be successful. To follow, I will talk about the start up company Garner’s Garden based out of Maryland and the interview with its owner Phil Garner as he shares his experience. Entrepreneurship can have multiple meanings. Business daily consider it to be a business ventures that shares a commitment to turning an idea into a profitable business (Fernandes, 2016). Nikki Durkin, 19 from Australia, is an entrepreneur that thought of an idea that would change women’s closets. She was thinking of a solution to problem most women experience with their closet. The concept was to give women access to an infinite closet at a fee. 99 Dresses was already successful in her home country Australia but she wanted the U.S. market as well.
